Who we are
Trading name: WeFix Motors.
Telephone: 07508 200 425.
How to complain
Contact us on 07508 200 425. Include your booking reference, what happened, relevant dates, the outcome you seek and any supporting evidence. Do not send card details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Acknowledgement and investigation
We aim to acknowledge ordinary service complaints within five working days and provide a substantive response within 20 working days. These are service targets, not promises that override law; complex cases may take longer and we will explain why and keep you updated.
For a data-protection complaint, we will acknowledge it within 30 days, make appropriate enquiries, keep you informed and communicate the outcome without undue delay, as required by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 changes now in force.
A person not directly involved where practicable will review the booking, quote, messages, photographs, location/evidence records, payment events and the applicable policy version. Access is restricted and private risk or mechanic notes are not disclosed unless law requires it.
Possible outcomes
Depending on the facts, remedies can include an explanation, correction, apology, repeat performance, remedial work, price reduction, release of an authorisation, partial or full refund, or no further action with reasons. Statutory remedies remain available.
Escalation and ADR
WeFix Motors does not currently claim membership of the Motor Ombudsman, a trade body or an ADR scheme. If we reach deadlock, we will provide in a durable medium the name and website of an approved ADR body competent for the dispute and state whether we are obliged or prepared to use it. The appropriate body and position must be verified for the particular dispute before the deadlock letter is sent.
For data-protection concerns you can also complain to the ICO. You may seek independent advice, including from Citizens Advice, and use the courts where appropriate.
