We may invite a review after a completed booking using a single-use token linked to that job. “Verified booking” means the review token matches a completed WeFix record; it is not a guarantee that every factual assertion has been independently proven.

We do not buy positive reviews or make a reward conditional on a star rating or favourable wording. If a lawful incentive is ever offered for honest feedback, it must be disclosed clearly next to the review and recorded internally.

Positive and negative genuine reviews are treated consistently. We may withhold or remove unlawful content, threats, hate, personal data, confidential information, spam, irrelevant content, impersonation, conflicts of interest, or content reasonably assessed as fake or misleading. We do not remove criticism merely because it is negative.

We use booking-token verification, duplicate and suspicious-pattern checks, moderation records and a reporting route. We take reasonable and proportionate steps to prevent and remove fake reviews, concealed incentivised reviews and false or misleading review information, and we do not manipulate aggregate ratings.
