Workmanship

A fixed commercial workmanship-warranty duration has not yet been approved, so this policy makes no duration promise. Production readiness remains blocked until the business decides and a solicitor reviews it.

Regardless of any commercial period, services must be carried out with reasonable care and skill. Legal remedies may include repeat performance or a price reduction where the statutory conditions are met.

Parts and customer-supplied parts

Parts supplied by us may also carry manufacturer or supplier terms. Those terms do not replace statutory rights against the trader. We will explain the available inspection and remedy route.

We do not warrant the inherent quality, provenance or compatibility of a customer-supplied part, but remain responsible for the agreed fitting work. A failure caused by the supplied part is distinguished from faulty workmanship after fair inspection.

Making a claim

Contact us promptly on 07508 200 425, stop using the vehicle if continuing would be unsafe, and provide the booking reference and symptoms. Give us a reasonable opportunity to inspect. We may ask for photographs or diagnostic evidence, but will not impose an unreasonable barrier to a valid claim.

Fair exclusions may apply to unrelated or pre-existing faults, misuse, collision, unauthorised later repair, normal wear, or inaccurate customer information, but only where causally relevant. We will record reasons and offer remedial work where appropriate.
